Dear Kristin,

It was not until Saturday morning that I was able to recover your email from our new system.  Your attachment from the court did not give me much hope that your petition will even be recognized.

In Christ,
Fr. X

Dear Fr X,
As they say, we're not finished yet.

The Attorney will deal with the next legal appeal/ move when that time comes based on what the court does or does not recognize up to this point.

We were not recognized by the CA Supreme Court etc -- and I stood alone; the court and jail refusing to allow me to call my attorney (Doug Kirk) on and before April 13, 2009 when the DA and Court created out of thin air -- a restraining order 4 days AFTER my arrest inside St Therese Church DURING services (Altar of Repose till Midnight on Holy Thursday and same on Good Friday -- April 9 & 10, 2009) with over 100 people present in the church, praying and Adoring Our Lord that Holy Thursday Night. With attempts by prosecution, a few months later, to justify the unjustifiable arrests of April 9 & 10 by another unjustifiable arrest on the evening of Oct 13, 2009 while praying the Rosary inside my locked car on a public street a block from St Therese church while waiting to join the Fatima Procession on the public sidewalk, as I did every month for the 6 months of these Eucharistic Procession in our Alhambra neighborhood from May 13 - Oct 13, 2009 ... 2008 ...

The Superior of Court of Los Angeles also did not recognize (or admit but barred the testimony of) the Archdiocesan defense witness and chief counsel Marge Graef. Nor did Judge Moses' court recognize or allow, but barred from that court any mention of -- US Constitutional Law AND/OR anything (no testimony or comments) remotely related to the Catholic Church whether doctrine related or not (except when the Prosecutor was allowed by Judge Moses to call "Mr" Lundberg "Father Lundberg" ...) and so on.

I think I was charged, convicted and sentenced on what the court imagined (or judicial activism created then allowed) and THEN "recognized" -- that I:
  • "trespassed" in my own parish church by attending Mass and praying before Our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament at the Altar of Repose with over 100 others ... (arrests April 9 & 10, 2009 Holy Thursday & Good Friday) and
  • received Holy Communion from my Pastor (arrest Oct 13, 2009)
    • in a Cloistered Convent chapel (11 blocks from St Therese church) and
    • in a public city park (11 miles from St Therese church) during the yearly Parish Corpus Christi picnic (NB: same Gospel reading as on Holy Thursday Night).

OURS is still the USA and Prop 8 and Marriage and Family and registering ALL parties and voters on the steps of one's own parish Catholic church and -- "gai" SS rage against all that not withstanding -- the point of all this is to make public and put on record exactly what the court did or did not recognize and
  • THAT,
  • WHY and
  • WHERE
the court VIOLATED Constitutional, Civil, Penal and other codes and laws.

While there is no comparison here to St Joan of Arc or Bl Cardinal Stepinac or St Thomas More etc -- the one MAJOR similarity that stands the test of time is that the TRIAL proceedings are a matter of LEGAL (and ultimately historic) RECORD.
